Delivery time.
Regular shipping:
It Will be shipped with ARAMEX and be delivered within 3 to 5 days since the order confirmed on WhatsApp
ORDERS ABOVE 20K :
- The order has to be done through our website, and any discounts have to be through an active promocode.
- You can choose to pay all the order online or cash on delivery (but if you choose cash, then you have to pay 50% down payment in cash or instapay transfer). Otherwise, the order will be cancelled within 24 hours.
- The order has to be received from our company warehouse in GIZA. And the remaining 50% cash.
- The order must be ready within 7 days since the order got confirmed.
Guarantee .
Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the day you buy them. Try not to overstuff it and follow the instructions.
any notebook to be replaced has to be unused or written on it to be exchanged or refunded.
leather products has to be take care of it and how to clean and not to leave in high tempreture for long time or set it under presure or storaing to be part in the gurantee period.
The warranty covers defects in accessories and workmanship but doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect. And any kind of scratched in the products after the authorized 14 days for getting the product will not be included in the guarantee , you have to provide a claim of purchase, and your review will be reviewed by our experts. Once it is accepted, your products will be fixed with additional cost and sent back to the clients and no product will not be able to refund under any case.after the 14 days of getting the product every details about the product will be accepted by the client and will not be applied and accepted by the clients and will not be abled to refund.
Replace and Return

A replacement and refund will be done within 14 days of getting your products and will be done with the invoice photo.
Note: Customized products are not eligible for return.
hand made products can not be replaced or refunded under any condition after the 14 days since receiving the order
the process for replacement:
- You can send us the invoice photo on mail.
- We will send you an Aramex carrier to take the old shipment to our team to check it this step may take 7 days since mail sent.
- if it is approved the new shipment will be sent within 7 days after the approval.
- or it is rejected due to a missing thing or damaged packaging we will send it back to you.
in the case of a return and refund.
- you have to send us your invoice photo.
- we will send you an Aramex carrier to take the old shipment back, and this step takes up to 14 days.
- once the product comes back to our doors, it must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
